The I.D. lineup ranges from the compact I.D. and SUVs such as the ID. CROZZ to the I.D. BUZZ, a reinvention of the legendary Bulli. Dynamic, powerful and with pure aerodynamics: with today’s world premiere of the ID. AERO concept car in China, Volkswagen is providing a foretaste of the brand’s first global fully-electric sedan. Extremely emotive, extremely adventurous, extremely different. The new all-electric ID. XTREME concept vehicle demonstrates the enormous performance capacity and extraordinary versatility of Volkswagen’s modular electric drive matrix (MEB). A performance drive on the rear axle and software adjustments to the control unit give the ID. XTREME impressive off-road capabilities. The fully electric all-wheel drive develops a system power of 285 kW/387 PS. This corresponds to a performance increase of around 30 percent compared to the gene donor ID.4 GTX. -
