The new Mission Efficiency - World premiere
Three world records. Volkswagen presents the world’s most efficient e-vehicle with the new Mission Efficiency. The concept vehicle has just set three world records. Record numberone: with a Cd value of 0.158, the concept vehicle glides through the air more aerodynamically than any other vehicle ever approved for road use. Record number two: consumption of 6.48 kWh/100 km during an ‘ideal trip’ where, amongst other things, the speed remains constant (in this case 68 km/h), there are no uphill gradients and auxiliary consumers such as the air conditioning system are deactivated. Record number three: thanks to its aerodynamics and a highly efficient electric drive, the Mission Efficiency is also the most economical near-production e-vehicle ever built.
