Firstly, this new mobility service matrix includes the well-known Volkswagen Car-Net, with its elements Security & Service (e.g. automatic emergency calls), Guide & Inform (e.g. online traffic information), e-Remote (calling up and controlling information and functions for electric and hybrid models) and App-Connect (Integration of various smart phone apps). Secondly, the range of Volkswagen We will be considerably extended by new online services and apps over the next few months and years. These will include the online parking system We Park which is already available in some German cities and allows users to pay parking fees without using cash via an app.
